Thank you for your interest in our Acoustic Kamp Series. We feel it is the best organized, educationally beneficial, camaraderie based Kamp available. People come from all over the world to share this experience. Everyone is nervous the first time at the Kamp - for about 15 minutes. Then they see all the love and joy and excitement around them. Everyone comes for one main purpose. To eat music, sleep music, dream music and play music! We hope you too will join us to experience this joy in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.

You should receive a registration letter via EMAIL from either steve@flatpik.com or flatpik0@gmail.com within two weeks of registering. Be sure to add these email addresses to your safe email list. You may also email either address to request a mailed registration letter and receipt.

This registration letter will act as your receipt. Please check and verify your information in the registration letter for Kamp. We look forward to seeing you and working with you this year.

ACCOMODATIONS:
The entire Beeson Village may be unavailable to us. Consider that when making your room requests. Available housing, on a first come basis, is Carnegie, Lloyd, Pearson's Dinning building and Gamble Hall.

Room Assignments will be done on a First Come Basis.
If you have a specific room you like or know, request it in the "Special" or "Roommate" area of the registration. If your room request is taken at the time you register we will try to get you close to your requested area.

Spouses can easily room together by putting their name in the roommate section.

If you want to room with a friend, you both need to register at the same time so we can get you together as roomies.

At the beginning of June we make up your packets, badges, Kompanion packets if any, and have your Kamp Manual books ordered. Any change after June 1 to your name, email address, roommate request, main instrument, class level will result in a $15.00 administration fee added to your balance due at check in.

Minors under the age of 18 years old must have a parent or guardian accompanying them on campus and that person must be over the age of 21 years old.

All minors must complete the Minor Release Form and either mail, fax or email to Kamp or bring with them at Check In.

We are an adult based Kamp. Young adults, kids and their guardians will be held responsible for their behavior.
